Sorry I haven't posted for a while. I have just been laying around and sleeping. But I am doing very well. I have to go back in on Friday but at least I got to go home. And I am glad you all like my wigs but I would like it to stay my thing. Thanks. I missed being able to see molly and my family. I also missed laying in my bed at night. I will post more pictures soon. DEZY

Guess what today is the day! Yes that is right, I am going home. I get to stay home for 6 days and then I will come back for my next induction. I am so excited to be with my brothers, and Molly(our dog). I will come back on Monday for a bone marrow aspiration and then on Friday to be admitted but until then "Party on Wayne"

Desmon is bored, it is time to go home.

Desmon squirted her tech with a 60cc syringe. She is pretty proud of herself. This is one of the residents that took care of me in the PICU. This is Kyle. He came to say hi and show me his new hair cut to match mine.

Before I say anything Sarah I think you should do Dez not Des. Any way I had a good day today my friend Lisa came by and we made paper cranes again. I have only made a few but I am working on it. They said I get to go home soon. But I am not sure when this week it will be. I also get to leave my room and go on walks. Today I also just sat out in the hall with the nurses. It was fun to see how things work out there. Tomorrow my aunt is coming. I love her so freak in much. So thanks Karleen for coming. And thanks to everyone for the comments I really love reading them. I hope to see you all very soon. (wink wink) Just cause I probably won't. Oh well. I must say that I am really good at negotiating. Because Dr.Fluschel came by and I was negotiating long I get to stay home. He said three weeks. (wink wink wink) HA HA HA (not really) Well got to go. love you all bye. WEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!

Movie Night

My brothers came to visit and we had movie night. Brock chose Ironman. I loved being able to be with them. Good times, good times.

Yesterday my new bestest friend Lisa came to visit me. She stayed from 2:00pm until 11:00pm. it was so much fun. We made fried ship bracelet's and played with clay and made an origami crane. She has crohns to. So we are pals. I also made a necklace for a girl down the hall. Lisa is coming back today to play with me and then my aunt and neighbor are coming tomorrow. I am excited. And I should be getting my blue wig soon. I am so existed. Well I am going to go now but I will up date you soon. P.S. I am feeling much better.

sorry I haven't posted for a while. I guess I will now though because the fevers are almost gone. maybe that means I will get to go home soon. My grandma and grandpa Rowley came to visit and we played hearts. It was fun. We also played animal rummy and old maid. My brothers are coming today and I want to play with them. Last night was better not tons better but better. So hopefully tonight will be even better than last night. I am going to go so I can play a game with my dad (and beat him) but I will inform you soon. DES

Well I am going to give you an update for Desmon. She will update you later. She is still running fevers but she is improving. Her fevers are not as high and they seem to resolve without any Tylenol. On Thursday though she had to have a CT scan to make sure they were not missing something. They didn't find anything new which is good. Her ANC is still at zero. Which means she doesn't have an immune system. It is usually like that for a few weeks so they tell me. She was able to see Dr. G and Kim yesterday, they came to visit. Today Dr. Scaife came and checked on her. Her dad is staying with her tonight. Like she said "I've got a feelin'' that tomorrow will better.
